Role Purpose & Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Hands-on involvement in the entire lifecycle of Java full-stack apps—from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

• Architectural Leadership: Lead discussions on high-level architecture and design best practices to ensure robust, scalable systems.

• Code Quality & Performance: Uphold high standards in performance, code quality, responsiveness, and reliability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX teams, frontend and backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

• Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

• Agile Practices: Implement Agile methodologies with CI/CD support; stay current with industry trends

Required Skills

• Core Technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, MVC frameworks, Hibernate, Microservices, RESTful APIs

• Frontend: Proficiency in either React or Angular; strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Databases: Solid experience with relational databases (SQL)

• DevOps & Agile: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Agile project methodologies
